Doug Shackelford is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Strategic Ministries, Inc. For the past sixteen years, Doug has had experience in many various aspects of the ministry. From volunteer layman to associate pastor, he fulfilled every position with excellence. Because of his devotion and multifaceted experience, God has steadily and faithfully promoted Doug in the ministry.
In 1991, during a Sunday night service at Eastland Church of God in Orlando, Florida, Doug first answered the call of God on his life. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Mitch Corder, he and his wife, Sheila, immediately began serving as Children's Ministers. Doug and Sheila faithfully served at Eastland Church of God until 1994.
God then transitioned Doug and Sheila to Faith World Center, also in Orlando. Doug would minister for seven years as Youth Pastor at Faith World Center under Senior Pastor Clint Brown.
In September of 2001, Doug obediently stepped out of the youth ministry and accepted a position from Dr. Mark Chironna as Executive Administrator and Associate Pastor of The Master's Touch International Church.
